Development of The Strategy
The essence of being a Freeman is...
taking responsibility for your own actions and
being accountable for their outcome
whilst acting honourably towards your fellow beings
Therefore the project team aimed to develop a strategy which was honourable by giving The State a fair chance to prove that it believes in the system of Society it has created and can demonstrate through its actions that it abides by its own rules
If you have read the Project Background you will know that the project emerged from a background of unsuccessful peace demonstrations
So, it was felt that The Project Strategy should also include a large element of peace campaigning
