1. Become Asset Free by July 2009 (This is so A Freeman will have no assets to seize whilst discharging debt)

Most of this was acheived by either selling assets, giving them as gifts to others, or transferring the ownership of them to someone else

2. Stop Paying all avoidable Taxes to government by October 2009

Completed during October 2009

This was achieved perfectly legitimately via the 'War Crimes' route

3. Become Debt Free by end of year 2009

Mostly Completed during December 2009

There is one relatively small outstanding debt in the form of a credit card which is expected to be ongoing until the end of Phase 3

4. Publish the Project on the Web-Site by end of year 2009

Partly Completed by end of 2009

Although the Project was put onto the web site during 2009 there is still masses of material to be uploaded and this work is now expected to be ongoing for some time

5. Complete the Strategy and thereby become A Freeman On The Land by end of March 2010
